At Ellen Cole Luxe, we take great care in packaging and delivering our home décor products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order on www.ellencoleluxe.com.


Shipping Policy

  • We currently deliver within the Delhi NCR region only.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Estimated delivery timelines range between 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location within NCR and logistics partner availability.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available only on select pincodes and eligible order values within Delhi NCR.

  • An additional COD handling charge may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Ellen Cole Luxe reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, pincodes, or high-value orders to ensure safe and secure delivery.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of home décor products, we do not accept returns for products delivered in perfect condition.

A product is eligible for return or replacement only under the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

  • The product is received in a damaged condition

  • A manufacturing or quality defect is identified at the time of delivery


Important Instructions at Delivery

  • Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • In case of damage, defect, or incorrect product, customers are required to provide clear images and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product

  • An unboxing video clearly depicting the issue

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.

 


Reverse Pickup & Inspection

  • Once a return or replacement request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged where applicable.

  • After the product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • If found eligible, a replacement or refund will be initiated accordingly.


Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Payments & Refunds Policy.

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.


Conditions for Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be intact.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.


Additional Notes

  • Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at any offline store.

  • Each return or replacement request is handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Ellen Cole Luxe reserves the right to make the final decision regarding returns, replacements, or refunds.
